BRIEF COMPANY PROFILE 1995 to PRESENT

Brand Choice Limited / Ocean Products Distributing Ltd are a privately owned company. We specialise in the sale of branded ambient food, drink, confectionary, biscuits, pet foods, sauces, household goods and toiletries. We further distribute under our own labels of Brand Choice, Countryside, and various secondary label products.

Brand Choice supply the independent retail trade, everybody from small convenience shops, cash & carry, and major accounts such as the 99p Stores, Co-op, Asda and Iceland. Our Sales Team covers the whole of the UK and Ireland.

We are one of the largest residual stock buyers in the United Kingdom, buying from well known manufacturers such as Cadburys, Heinz, Premier Foods, Hazlewoods and Princes Foods. We further have exclusivity for various products, mainly, imported from Europe.

We have recently installed new labelling and packaging equipment giving us the ability to secondary label products. The requirements of the Food and Drink Industry are strictly adhered to, conforming to the Food Safety Act 1990.

Feeding of Wildbirds has been a huge growth market in the past 4 years, and under our own label of Countryside Products we have benefited from this growth, with a range of various Wild Bird Seeds, bells, and feeds. We have invested in manufacturing facilities in Germany, with fields in Hungary to grow the seeds making us very competitive in this market.

We are further able to supply a private label on these products.
